Unfortunately the boating season is winding down and its time to start thinking about putting the boat up for season. We have put together a few service packages to help you properly maintain your boat. Please take the time to review them below.

WSBD highly recommends that at the very minimum, you or a reputable dealer winterize your boat. Insurance does not cover freeze damage and I can assure you every year we replace several motors because a boat was not winterized. It is cheap insurance.

Package 2 - Trailer Wheel Bearing Service

This 8 point inspection includes the removal of your trailers hubs and wheel bearings for inspection and cleaning. If all components pass inspection they will be reassembled with new wheel bearing grease or fluid.

Additional parts will be extra.

Cost Tandem axle trailer- 189.95
Single axle trailer- 119.95

Package 3- Winter Wipe Down

With this service your boat can be put up for season after getting a good clean up. We will wash the grime out of your bilge, remove and clean your ballast bags, remove your personal artifacts (placed in clear oversize bags for easy removal), vacuum your carpet before washing it, wipe down your vinyl with cleaner/conditioner and give the exterior a bath.

The Vision - Supra's New Electronic Dash Scores Big With Boating Enthusiasts

The Vision - Supra's New Electronic Dash
Scores Big With Boating Enthusiasts

Date: 8/20/09
Author: Skier's Choice Press Release

Maryville, TN - Supra's new VISION system, or Video Information System with Integrated Onboard Network, is the brains of the company's rider-friendly boat control. Available for the first time in Supra's 2010 boat lineup, the VISION system is much more than just an LCD screen in the dash. It's a fully integrated boat control network that greatly improves the overall boating experience.

With VISION, you can create user profiles that automatically adjust ballast levels, wake plate settings and cruise speeds for every rider in your crew. The system's GPS chart plotting lets you pinpoint your location at all times, and you can always find your way back to the dock with VISION's built-in tracking system. Access the multimedia system and control the stereo while also watching video from a tower camera or handheld camcorder. VISION even makes it possible to hook up your video iPod and watch instructional videos that you download from the web.

While there are several other dashboard color displays on the market, the VISION is the only system available that integrates ballast monitoring and control; speed-based automatic Smart Plate control; Zero Off GPS cruise; full GPS chart plotting with depth contours; a true iPod interface with a dedicated multimedia page; automatic speed-based stereo volume control; full engine diagnostics with code descriptions; dedicated day- and night-mode viewing; and much, much more. But the true beauty of the Supra VISION system is when you use it.

Supra spent more than three years developing and testing VISION to ensure that the system would be user- and rider-friendly. The developers spent hundreds of hours playing with user interfaces from a variety of similar systems (iPhones, handheld GPS units, smart phones, gaming systems, portable media players, integrated automotive control systems) with the goal of making a system that would allow anyone to sit in the driver's seat and have a fun and easy driving experience. The end result is a powerful system that anyone can control immediately.

Sparks, Nev. - The MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour wrapped-up its fifth and final stop of the 2009 season today in the greater Reno area of Sparks, Nevada, where the world's top pro riders hit the waters of Sparks Marina for the closing-rounds of action.

The Pro Men division battled it out on the water today in quarterfinal and semifinal rounds before Danny Harf, Harley Clifford, Rusty Malinoski and Phillip Soven hopped off the dock, respectively, for the four-man final.

Harf and Clifford both had impressive runs in the finals, but Malinoski was quick to answer back by landing a Switch Toeside 1080 - the first 1080 ever landed in a wakeboarding contest - to end their chances of winning. While Malinoski's 1080 was certainly the highlight of the finals, it wasn't enough to stop Phillip Soven from claiming the win at Sparks Marina, his second consecutive victory of the season. Malinoski and Clifford rounded out the contest podium, respectively.

Phillip Soven also claimed the ROCKSTAR Best Trick Award for his Backside 720 off of the U.S. Air Force kicker. The Award is a $1,000 cash prize.

Although Harley Clifford didn't win the final stop of the season, the 15-year-old rookie phenom's third-place finish today earned him enough points to win the overall Pro Tour title. Clifford now becomes only the second rider ever to win the overall title in his rookie year, behind wakeboarding legend Parks Bonifay, who won it in 1996. Clifford totaled 450 points throughout the five-stop season. Aaron Rathy finished the season in second place with 440 points and Phillip Soven rounded out the top three with 415 points.

In the Jr. Pro Men division, Steel Lafferty, Daniel Powers, Bob Soven and Aussie Mitch Langfield battled it out on the water in a four-man final for the top spot in the contest. All four amateur rippers threw down impressive runs, but top-seed Bob Soven emerged as the winner at Sparks Marina.

With today's victory, Soven claims his fifth consecutive win of the season, sweeping the five-stop tour to become the first amateur rider ever to sweep the Jr. Pro Men division. Bob's older brother, Phillip Soven, swept the Pro Men division during the 2008 Pro Tour.

The Sparks Marina Pro Tour stop also served as the fourth contest in the Queen of Wake series - a five-stop pro circuit for female wakeboarders. All eyes were on top-seed Dallas Friday today in the Pro Women division finals, as the current series points-leader was looking to break a four-year losing streak at Sparks Marina. While the competition in the six-woman final appeared to be tough, Friday edged defending Queen of Wake titlist Nicola Butler 92.00 to 90.50 to take the top spot at Sparks Marina, ending her winless streak there.

Dallas Friday now has a 25-point lead over Butler going in to the final stop of the Queen of Wake series.

Additional cities on the 2009 MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour, included: Fort Worth, Tex., Pleasant Prairie, Wis., Knoxville, Tenn., and Elizabethtown, Ky.

Knoxville Pro Tour Stop - Day 1 of 2

Knoxville, Tenn. - The top pro wakeboarders in the world hit the waters of Volunteer Landing today for the final rounds of action at MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour stop in Knoxville, Tenn.

First off the dock this morning was the Pro Men division for their 20-man quarterfinal. Riders competed in five heats of four, with only the top two riders in each heat advancing onto the semifinals.

The theme of today's semifinals was old school meets new school, as the two stacked heats ranged from young guns Harley Clifford and Jimmy LaRiche to elite veterans Chad Sharpe and Danny Harf.

The ten semifinalists battled it out on the water for one of four spots in the finals, with Andrew Adkison, Danny Harf, rookie Harley Clifford and top-seed Aaron Rathy advancing onto the last round of the contest.

All four finalists threw down some impressive runs, but Canadian ripper Aaron Rathy stood out from the competition to post a 97-point run, almost 12-points more than his next closet competitor. Harley Clifford and Danny Harf rounded out the podium, respectively.

Today's win marks Rathy's second consecutive Pro Tour stop victory of the 2009 season.

Also in the Pro Men division, England's Nick Davies took home the ROCKSTAR Best Trick Award today for his massive heelside 900 off of the U.S. Air Force kicker. The Award is a $1,000 cash prize.

In the Jr. Pro Men's division, ten amateur rippers battled it out in today's semifinals for one of four spots in the final round of the Knoxville contest. Daniel Powers, Mitch Langfield, Jarrod Askew and top-seed Bob Soven faced off in the four-man final with Soven beating out Langfield by a single point to claim his third consecutive Tour stop win of the season. Langfield and Powers rounded out the podium, respectively.

Pleasant Prairie, Wis. - The MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour wrapped up its final day of action in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin today with five rounds of riding between the Pro Men and Jr. Pro Men divisions.

The Pro Men were first off the dock this morning for a 20-man quarterfinal, which eliminated half the competition, advancing only the top two riders in each of the five heats. The 10 semifinalists battled it out for one of four spots in the finals, with Andrew Adkison, Harley Clifford, Aaron Rathy and current Pro Tour titlist Phillip Soven moving onto the final round.

All four finalists threw down some impressive runs, but only Canadian ripper Aaron Rathy had two stand up passes to earn him his first Pro Tour stop win of his career. Clifford and Adkison rounded out the contest podium.

"I'm just stoked to get my first win, that's all I can really say," said Rathy. "It was a tough final, no doubt, but I had two stand up passes and came away with the win."

With today's win, Aaron Rathy now leads both the Pro Tour and the King of Wake standings lists.

Although Aussie Dean Smith didn't make the finals today, the former Australian Pro Tour champ did ride away with the ROCKSTAR Best Trick Award for his massive indy tantrum backside 3 off of the U.S. Air Force Kicker. The award is a $1,000 cash prize.

In the Jr. Pro Men division, ten amateur rippers hit the water today in two heats of five for their semifinals, with only the top two riders in each heat advancing onto the final round. Phillip Aslinger, Steel Lafferty, Bob Soven and Aussie Mitch Langfield faced off in a heated four-man final today with Soven taking the top spot. Langfield, Lafferty and Aslinger rounded out the finals.

With today's win, Bob Soven claims his second Pro Tour stop victory of the season and continues his lead in the Jr. Pro Men standings.

The MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour now heads to Knoxville, Tenn., June 27 & 28 for the third stop of the Pro Tour. Additional venues for the 2009 Pro Tour, includes Fort Worth, Tex., Elizabethtown, Ky. and Sparks/Reno, Nev.
