Well, guys, spring is just around the corner (March 20th to be exact!) and the weather is already considerably warmer! With higher temperatures in the forecast, the lakes will continue to heat up, and with the spring rains coming, water levels should be returning to normal.
Speaking of warmer weather, many of you have decided that winter is over and have brought your boat in for its summarization. Service is steady right now, but not backed up, so if you are ready, now is the time to start thinking about getting your boat up and running for the summer! As always, our Service Department is going to do its annual 100 Hour/Yearly Service with Free Summarization Special. Although the boat show incentives are gone from Supra and Moomba, Waterski Boats Dallas has started their Grand Opening Incentives by offering a “Pay No Sales Tax on any 2009 Supra and Moomba in Stock!” That’s right! You can now skip that 6.25% fee that is tacked onto the sale price of a boat in the State of Texas! This could mean up to a $6,000 savings on a brand new 2009 Supra or Moomba! This special will run thru Tax Day, Wednesday, April 15th, 2009 (ironic, isn’t it?).

First of all, the 2009 WWA Wakeboard World Championships will return to Orlando in August! The qualifier for Worlds (Nationals) will be held in Oklahoma City this year, at the 2008 Worlds Site! In case you didn’t know, Supra is the official towboat of the WWA Wakeboard Worlds, and we have all been waiting patiently to find out when and where Worlds would be officially held this year.
